These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Xixun Inc ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of video.xisun.ai and the Xixun AI service. By using the service you agree to these terms—please read them carefully.
The Service
Xixun AI is an AI video generation and distribution SaaS: you provide text inputs and assets, the platform generates scripts and videos through AI models, and, at your direction, publishes finished videos to third-party social platforms you have authorized. We do not guarantee any marketing outcome (views, conversion, etc.) and may modify, suspend, or retire features from time to time.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register, and you warrant that your registration details are accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & Token Billing
The service is offered through subscription plans metered in tokens: video generation deducts tokens based on duration and the capabilities used. Tokens for tasks that fail due to system errors are refunded automatically. Tokens are not currency or property and are non-transferable and non-redeemable; subscription fees, renewals, and refunds are governed by the ordering page and applicable law.
User Content & License
You retain all rights to the materials you upload (text, images, audio, video, trademarks, etc.). To provide the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, transcode, and process those materials and submit them to AI models and distribution channels for the duration of the service. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that your materials do not infringe any third party's copyright, likeness, or other rights.
Rights in AI-Generated Content
Provided you comply with these terms and pay the applicable fees, we assign to you our interest in the videos produced for your generation tasks, and you may use them commercially. You understand that AI output is probabilistic: results for different users may be similar, and we do not guarantee uniqueness or registrability; additional terms from third-party model providers may also apply.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, pornographic, hateful, or misleading content; create digital humans or synthetic media using another person's likeness or voice without their explicit consent; or reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service and its APIs. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Distribution Compliance
When publishing to third-party platforms (Douyin, WeChat Channels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) through the service, you are the publisher of record and must comply with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and AI-generated-content labeling requirements, as well as advertising law and the regulations of your industry. Complaints, takedowns, or penalties arising from your published content are your responsibility.
Disclaimers, Liability & Governing Law
The service is provided "as is", without warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
