How long does it take to generate a video?

Usually a few minutes to about fifteen, depending on length and shot count. Progress is shown live across five stages: queued, script, shot generation, compositing, and upload.

How does token billing work?

Subscription plans grant tokens monthly or annually. Generation deducts tokens based on video length and the capabilities used (digital humans, remixing, voice-over, etc.). Usage and balance are always visible in your member center.

Are tokens refunded if generation fails?

Yes. Tasks that fail for system reasons are refunded automatically. If a refund doesn't appear, contact cs@xisun.io and we'll resolve it promptly.

Subject to our Terms of Service, you own the commercial rights to videos generated from your own or properly licensed materials. Please make sure uploaded assets don't infringe on others' rights.
